They did an over-the-top superb job in handling the sale of my house a couple years ago and I had a clean offer over the asking price before it officially went on the market.

Needless to say, when it was time for me to sell a condominium I inherited and had been a rental for quite a number of years, who else would I consider? I just had no idea how much harder it is to sell a property in a condominium association, especially when you want to update it. They hung in there through so much red tape and working with the condominium association (and they handled this, not me) and we were not even looking to do structural changes. I could never have handled all this and had the right contractors and inspectors lined up.

I gave them 5 stars on my home sale review because it was so easy for me. This one was much harder (which I wasn’t expecting) but they hung in there, dealt with so many challenges and got it sold.
